1. 05 Sales Staff working in Ho Chi Minh City

– Marketing & offering transportation, import and export and logistics services (road, sea, air …) of the company.

– Search for new customers and take care of customers (customers are mainly import and export companies at home and abroad).

– Coordinate with relevant departments to serve customers

– Job details will be discussed in more detail during the interview

– Doing jobs related to selling sea freight, import and export
– Search, identify target customers
– Maintain and develop relationships with customers
– Build transportation and delivery solutions according to customers’ requirements.
– Develop business plans, draft and negotiate contracts with customers
– Set up customer profile and monitor throughout each shipment to update customer information, handle situations
– Coordinate with relevant departments in deploying services for customers

Skill requirements:

– Ability to communicate well, be agile, speak fluently, ability to present convincingly, create a good impression for listeners, handle flexible and soft situations in the negotiation process with customers.

– Love business, enthusiasm, initiative, creativity in work, perseverance, determination to fulfill tasks & be honest in work

– Understanding foreign trade and logistics services (Incoterm 2000, UCP500) …

2. 01 Personnel in charge of administration – HR

– Check and supervise staff working time. Manage, maintain order and work rules

– Prepare and manage labor contracts, update staff list, staff records.
– Participate in building, improving and implementing policies of administrative and administrative management mechanism of the Company.
– Office administrative tasks: repair, procurement of office equipment, conferences, meetings …
– Make plan for quarterly and annual administrative costs
– Prepare recruitment plan and implement personnel recruitment plan for the Company
– Planning training for the Company.
– Other jobs according to the work assignment

Request:

– Graduated from college or higher in Human Resource Management / Law / Business Administration.
– Have at least 1 year of experience or more working in personnel and basic knowledge of labor law
– Good communication, presentation, teamwork skills and high pressure on work.
