Perfume products are cosmetics under the management of the Ministry of Health. Before importing goods, importer need to make cosmetic announcements.
Document to make cosmetic announcement:
+ Letter of authorization certified by the consulate in the exporting country
+ Certificate of free sale certified by the Vietnamese consulate in the exporting country
+ Ingredient analysis table
+ MSDS sheet (if needed)
Results will be released within 20 to 30 days (if the application is standard)
HS Code of perfume can refer to: 33030000
Preferential import tax on perfume is 18%, VAT 10%.
The basic document includes:
+ Import customs declaration
+ Commercial Invoice (commercial invoice)
+ Bill of Lading
+ C/O if any
+ Other documents (if any)
