1st, the Koi fish require the license provided by the general department of fishery and department of veterinary, and it should be applied and finished before the goods arrive. Those 2 departments will have people to inspect the quality of the raising environment, after determining the environment is valid, the license is issued.
With the license completed, next is to apply for the phytosanitary, the document required are:
+ Customs clearances
+ Application of phytosanitary
+ License to import Koi fish

Phytosanitary office will inspect the fish during the clearance, and then issue a certificate for delivering the fish.
After 2-3 days, the fish will be inspected again by the phytosanitary office, if the fish is healthy, then they will issue the certificate of phytosanitary.
Importer sends the certificate of phytosanitary to the custom office and the clearance is completed.
