What are the conditions for the customs clearance of imported Vietnamese sand ginger in China?
The importer in China must be a company with full business registration and have import-export rights.
The overseas manufacturer must have gone through the “Registration and Filing in China”, and the filing must be within the validity period.
If the overseas manufacturer is not the direct shipper, the actual shipper must registerer as an overseas exporter.
The Chinese consignee must handle the consignee record with Chinese customs.
Before shipping: Shipper must determine the number of packages, net weight, gross weight and cubes of cargo; prepare documents for customs declaration in exporting country; handle the label filling.
